All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Bikes and Ebikes

All Bikes and Ebikes ship via Purolator ground. We charge a shipping fee per bike

Bikes 70 CAD per bike (Maximum of 3 per order)
E-Bikes 150 CAD per bike (Maximum of 1 per order)



Equipment and Accessories are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / Purolator Ground for a flat fee of 15 CAD

Equipment orders above 99 CAD ship for free

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 business days

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@allez.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Satisfaction Guarantee – At Allez.shop, we want to ensure that riders make the most of their purchases from the site. Whether you’ve changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size, we offer a 30-day window for refunds* and exchanges. No questions asked! 

*Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase 

Defective Items – In case of defective items, whether it be a manufacturer defect or a defect introduced during the shipping process, items less than 100 CAD in individual value are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For individual items over 100 CAD, please submit a request for refund request via this link https://www.allez.shop/pages/our-locations 

For orders delivered at one of our locations (Pickup in store) 

Equipment & Apparel 
Bring back the new/unused items you want to return in their original, un-damaged packaging at the retailer you picked them from, with your receipt of your original order. They will take care of shipping it back to us and the refund will be applied if the condition is new/unused in the original packaging. If the equipment does not match this condition, it will be sent back to you at your expense. 

If you purchased a bike online through our Pickup In-Store option, you have 30 days from the date of your original order to claim a full refund. To initiate a refund or an exchange for a different size or color, if available, please contact the store closest to you or send a message via https://www.allez.shop/pages/our-locations 

In all events, the returned bike needs to be in a new/unused condition and must include all components and accessories that came with the bike. We will issue a credit using the original form of payment, for the full purchase price, including applicable taxes.
